Since… well, forever, motorcycle culture has been associated with renegades, gangs, danger and people resembling The Fonz. The Fooligans Derby, founded by renowned Montréal bike builder Samuel Guertin, aims to make motorcycle racing safe, unpretentious and accessible to all. Held once a year at a sprawling country field in Saint-Marcel-de-Richelieu, Québec, the Fooligans Derby is an event with a simple, refreshing concept; there are no winners, no losers and costumes are encouraged.
